The cocktail is prepared with Roulette Cognac as the base, elevated with Whiskey Cream Irish Bailey’s and Amaretto.

Ingredients:

• Amaretto (Any preferred brand) .............................. 20 ml

• Whiskey Cream Irish Bailey’s ………....................... 80 ml

• Fins Bois XO Royal Cognac …………...................... 20 ml

To prepare, add Amaretto on a snifter, followed by Whiskey Cream Irish Bailey’s and Fins Bois XO Royal Cognac. Serve layered on a room temperature
